CPH Staff

  • Dawn Kim is an Academic Advisor for undergraduate students in the College of Public Health. She earned a BA in Integrative Studies with a concentration in Elementary Education (2017) and MA in Higher Education and Student Development (2022) at George Mason University.

  • Julio Diaz is an Academic Advisor for undergraduate students at the College of Public Health.

  • Allison McKay is the Department Manager for the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies where she provides administrative support to the Chair and Department, and assistance to current and prospective students and visitors. In addition, she assists with the Nutrition programs, the teaching kitchen and nutrition clinics.

  • Mary Cunningham is the associate director of marketing and communications for the College. She loves supporting the College and its faculty by promoting faculty research and spotlighting faculty, student, and alumni achievements in various online channels. Growing up in Fairfax, Mary is thrilled to be a part of the wonderful Mason community that she has seen thrive over the years.

  • Magnolia Morales started her journey of working at George Mason University in 2019. Prior to working at George Mason University, she obtained years of medical and management experience. She began at the Office of Student Affairs as an Administrative Assistant. She is currently an Admission Specialist at the College of Public Health, where she reviews applications involving the Nursing Programs. 

  • Rebecca Warden is a Senior Grants Administrator in the College of Public Health Office of Research. She has worked in research administration at Mason since 2008, serving in the Department of Psychology and the Office of Sponsored Programs prior to her current position at the College. She is a Certified Research Administrator through the Research Administrators Certification Council.

  • Joshua Fleck has over a decade of experience in higher education handling budget, finance, HR, and procurement using sponsored and non-sponsored funds. Prior to joining the College of Public Health in 2020, he worked at George Washington University handling various portfolios in their Schools of Medicine, Public Health, Education, Arts & Sciences, and working for the Office of the President.

  • Katherine Cornejo joined George Mason University’s Social Work Faculty as the Child Welfare Stipend Program Coordinator in April, 2017.
