Caitlyn Fulcher is an ECOP Community Peer Specialist coordinator for the College of Public Health, School of Nursing. She is a Registered Peer recovery specialist through the Virginia Board of Counseling. Her primary role with George Mason University is the site coordinator of the ECOP program located in Chesterfield County.
Jeremy Burton is an ECOP Community Peer Specialist Coordinator for the College of Public Health, School of Nursing. He is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist with DBHDS and has graduated from the Recovery Leadership Academy in 2021, facilitated by VCU.
Joelle Patricio is a Graduate Admissions Coordinator for the College of Public Health. In her role, she supports the recruitment efforts for all graduate programs and provides guidance and support to students from pre-admission through graduation.
Isela Caballero is the Communications Coordinator for the Department of Health Administration and Policy at George Mason University’s College of Public Health. She leads communications, manages events, and develops digital and print content highlighting the achievements of faculty, students, and alumni. Isela also supports administrative operations and collaborates with college leadership to strengthen the visibility of academic programs and research initiatives.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a concentration in Global Health from George Mason University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health in Global Health. Her professional experience spans health education, healthcare administration, customer service, and technology, with a focus on advancing health equity and community-centered impact, particularly in reproductive health in underserved communities.
Mojgan (Maggie) Sefat is the Financial Analyst for the College of Public Health, Office of the Dean. Her primary role is to support the College’s financial operation, assisting with expenditure budgeting, accounting, and purchasing.
Mary Kirtley Righi, MPH is the Clinical Operations Coordinator of George Mason University’s Mason and Partners (MAP) Clinics. In her role, Righi provides operational support to all MAP clinic locations and develops and maintains community partnerships.
Andrew Furr is the Research Administrator for the Office of Research. He has over a decade of experience serving in various finance roles within higher education operations at both two-year and four-year institutions, including Northern Virginia Community College and George Mason University.
Margo Thoresen is the Research Administrator at the College of Public Health. She earned her bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from American University (AU) in 1998.
Hem Sharma is an Academic Advisor for the College of Public Health. She got her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina Greensboro and her graduate degree from the University of West Georgia. Her role is to serve students with their majors in CPH and provide support throughout their college careers.
