    The Spring 2025 registration period is quickly approaching. In preparation for the Spring 2025 registration period, the academic advising office will be offering special peak advising drop-in hours (both in person and virtually) Monday, October 28 through Friday, November 8.

    Attend the Winter Grad Fair to purchase graduation regalia on November 6 and 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., in Johnson Center, Dewberry Hall. Caps, gowns, stoles, cords, announcements, diploma frames, and more will be available at the Johnson Center event.

    Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 NobleReach Scholars Program. Scholars will work in one of 5 strategic domains (Artificial Intelligence, Biotechnology, Business Process Innovation, Computing & Cybersecurity, or Materials & Manufacturing). An overview of each domain can be found on the Scholars program web page. Deadline to apply: December 4, 2024.

    The Alpha Challenge is SMIF’s signature stock pitch competition, offering an excellent opportunity for students to showcase their analytical skills and compete for cash prizes. The event will take place on November 1, 2024, from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at Merten Hall, Room 1201. The Registration deadline is October 6, 2024.

    The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) Foundation is now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 Ritchie-Jennings Memorial Scholarship. Eligible students must be majoring in accounting, business administration, finance, criminal justice, or a related field, and be enrolled at an accredited four-year college or university through the 2025-2026 academic year. Deadline to apply: February 7, 2025.
