Samantha Sinagra is Assistant Director of Film and Video Studies

Eric Thornton is a Midwest transplant to the D.C. metro area. Trained as an artist and potter, he has participated in several international artist-in-residence programs at the International Ceramic Center in Kecskemet, Hungary as well as the Zentrum fur Keramik Berlin, Germany.

Richard Kamenitzer's accomplishments include being the former Program Director & Associate Professor of the Arts Management Program (having been granted EMERITUS status by George Mason University’s Board of Visitors in 2013, upon his retirement);

Khady Kamara joined Arena Stage in 2001 and has been an integral member of the communications team, eventually being promoted to Senior Director of Marketing and Communications before taking over as Chief Marketing Officer and ultimately Associate Executive Director.

Joseph Berardelli is Director of Finance & Administration of the Washington Drama Society, Inc. dba Arena Stage. He has his MBA in Business Administration from SUNY, Binghamton.

Julie Thompson, Executive Director of the Center for the Arts at George Mason University, joined the university more than fifteen years ago after a career as a professional stage manager in regional theater and opera, including long-term residencies at Minnesota Opera, Washington Opera at the Kennedy Center, Wolf Trap Opera, and Center Stage in Baltimore. 

Debra Smyers has over 25 years of experience within the arts and social services sectors. Currently Ms. Smyers serves as the executive director of Windmore Foundation for the Arts promoting the visual, literary, and performing arts through awareness, participation, and education.

Victoria Salmon is an adjunct faculty member for the Arts Management program. She is the Associate Dean, Emerita, Graduate Studies and the Chair of the Arts at Mason Board
