  • Eric Oberstein is a 2x GRAMMY and 2x Latin GRAMMY-winning producer, curator, artist manager, arts administrator, and educator. A respected and trusted arts leader, he is founder of Eric Oberstein Productions, an NYC-based artist management and producing company, serving as a collaborator and guide to adventurous, culture-changing artists, as well as an arts management consultancy, curating transformative programming and advising cultural organizations on strategy. With a long track record of working with prominent artists and arts organizations, Oberstein has developed a career building environments that help artists and organizations achieve their goals.

  • Melanie is the Post-Production Coordinator for the Film and Video Studies department at George Mason University. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Motion Picture Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in 2024, where her areas of focus were color management, color correction, and post-production workflows.

  • Nafisa Mehjabin is completing her last semester in the Computer Science Master's program. She joined the CVPA Tech Team in Summer 2024.

  • Farah Aldari is the Help Desk Tech for the College of Visual and Performing Arts at George Mason University. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Damascus University and has over a decade of experience in customer service and administrative roles.

  • Lauren Peters has a background in CRM management, office administration, financial services, and education. She has experience managing CRM systems for tracking donations and providing data-driven insights to support fundraising efforts.

  • Rachel Ingle has a background in theater (both onstage and behind-the-scenes), and has a BA in Theater from Christopher Newport University with a concentration in Arts Administration.
