Eric Oberstein is a 2x GRAMMY and 2x Latin GRAMMY-winning producer, curator, artist manager, arts administrator, and educator. A respected and trusted arts leader, he is founder of Eric Oberstein Productions, an NYC-based artist management and producing company, serving as a collaborator and guide to adventurous, culture-changing artists, as well as an arts management consultancy, curating transformative programming and advising cultural organizations on strategy. With a long track record of working with prominent artists and arts organizations, Oberstein has developed a career building environments that help artists and organizations achieve their goals.
Melanie is the Post-Production Coordinator for the Film and Video Studies department at George Mason University. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Motion Picture Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in 2024, where her areas of focus were color management, color correction, and post-production workflows.
Nafisa Mehjabin is completing her last semester in the Computer Science Master's program. She joined the CVPA Tech Team in Summer 2024.
Farah Aldari is the Help Desk Tech for the College of Visual and Performing Arts at George Mason University. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Damascus University and has over a decade of experience in customer service and administrative roles.
Lauren Peters has a background in CRM management, office administration, financial services, and education. She has experience managing CRM systems for tracking donations and providing data-driven insights to support fundraising efforts.
Rachel Ingle has a background in theater (both onstage and behind-the-scenes), and has a BA in Theater from Christopher Newport University with a concentration in Arts Administration.
