A team from George Mason University is using augmented reality (AR) to create a smartphone app that will provide first-generation ADVANCE students with a virtual campus tour of the Fairfax Campus as they prepare to transfer from Northern Virginia Community College.

Their study, published in the Journal of Proteome Research, involved extracting wheat proteins from three small leather cover samples obtained from the National Library of Medicine.

The Mason Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic (M-VETS) at George Mason University successfully argued a claim before the Naval Discharge Review Board seeking an Honorable conditions discharge for a United States Marine Corps (USMC) combat veteran.

A group of local rising high school juniors and seniors attended the BioE Buzz Summer Camp hosted by the Department of Bioengineering at George Mason University in June. Costello College of Business at George Mason University for her graduate degree, primarily due to George Mason’s reputation for high caliber coursework and student outcomes.

Many students graduate from the Costello College of Business at George Mason University with bold plans to start their own companies. Bethany Rivera and Alex Tugbang, both undergraduate marketing students and classmates in Jiyeon Hong’s marketing course, had already launched their respective businesses Rivera’s Photography and Photuggraphy prior to enrolling.
