Pending the imminent announcement of the new learning management system (LMS), the LMS Implementation Committee in collaboration with the Stearns Center for Teaching and Learning is seeking 15-20 faculty members across all disciplines and types to become LMS mentors starting in the spring 2024 semester.
Faculty will receive advanced training in the new LMS platform, as well as a stipend in return for their commitment to piloting at least one course during the summer or fall semester and guiding colleagues in adopting the new LMS platform. Faculty who are only available to pilot but not mentor during the summer are also welcome to apply.
