George Mason University officially opened its Mason Autonomy and Robotics Center, a collaborative space where students will perform research on a variety of emerging fields related to artificial intelligence and autonomous devices.

Mason PhD student Dinesh Karri has been working with the student teams competing in the annual Defend the Republic LTA robotics competition, held this year at EagleBank Arena.

The College of Engineering and Computing hosts a national robotics competition at EagleBank Arena.
