Biography
Yoshie Davison is Associate Director of Practicum Education and Community Partnerships in the Department of Social Work. She works with students entering practicum and builds community partnerships with agencies to support learning opportunities in placements.
Yoshie has over 25 years of behavioral healthcare experience in the private and nonprofit sectors working as a strategic partnership leader in mental health policy, advocacy, education, and operations. She taught as an Adjunct Professor in this department for over 10 years. As a first-generation college graduate and an alum of the MSW program, she enjoys giving back to Mason’s community as an educator and mentor in career development and engagement areas.
