Free Yoga Classes at the Fairfax Campus

The Center for the Advancement of Well-Being (CWB) is thrilled to extend free weekly yoga for well-being practice during the summer. Yoga classes meet each Monday and Thursday from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. in the Johnson Center Dance Studio from June 1 – July 31. Sponsored by CWB, these weekly practices are free to Mason faculty, staff, and students. Bring your own mat.

Yoga for Well-Being is a hatha yoga class carefully themed to deepen one’s experience of an interdisciplinary approach to yoga. It includes precise instruction in beginning and intermediate level postures, breathing practices, and guided relaxation.
