• FY25 DoD O&M, RDT&E, and Procurement are each below last year’s spending in inflation-adjusted, real terms; this is the first such cut since the Sequestration impacts to FY13 and FY14
• The bulk of DoD government contractor services funding is from O&M, engineer services from RD&TE, and product delivery from Procurement
