The Hylton Center’s Veterans and the Arts Initiative has served as an arts and community hub for 11,000 military-connected people since 2014. If you are a Veteran, Servicemember, military family member, or military caregiver and haven’t had a chance to take part in one of our free, hands-on workshops and events, there’s still time to register! Reserve your spot now for Basic Landscape Photography Using A Smartphone (5/22 & 5/24), a workshop presented in collaboration with Prince William Public Libraries at Chinn Park Library, Woodbridge.
Also, mark your calendar for the patriotic concert CAMMO Voices (5/13). This evening-length performance features the world-renowned Voices of Service and American Military Spouses Choir, Tommy Stanley, Donnie Isaacs, and At Eaze. The emcee for the evening is standup comedian and combat-wounded Army Veteran Dewayne White. Feel the healing power of music infused with a message of hope and community in this uplifting concert that is FREE for Veterans and Servicemembers with ID (up to two tickets each). Free tickets are only available in person at the Hylton Center Ticket Office. Tickets can also be purchased for CAMMO Voices here.
