American Composers Orchestra (ACO) is seeking three interns to support Composer Advancement and Diversity, Marketing & Social Media, and Development. Internships are paid at $15/hour, average 6-12 hours/week, and offer flexible terms.
Internships are an opportunity to build a results-driven professional portfolio, gain key skills, and widen your network – all while advancing ACO’s mission. We are happy to partner with your educational institution if you are interested in receiving college credit for your internship experience.
In conversation with staff, each intern will create a capstone project that they can add to their portfolio for future employment opportunities. Interns contribute meaningfully to ACO’s artistic projects, national composer advancement initiatives, educational programs, and general operations.
