Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the President & CEO will manage the schedule and day-to-day support of the President & CEO, including scheduling internal and external meetings, drafting briefings and documents, managing relevant data entry in Salesforce and Board of Directors meetings and communications. Starting salary for this position is $75,000.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage and maintain external and internal schedules. Prioritize requests and process appointments, on a daily needs basis, as well as weekly and monthly outlooks).
- Prepare briefing materials in coordination with relevant team members and set up briefing meetings as needed with other team members, including schedule time on calendar for reviewing and editing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 10-15 years of experience in a workplace environment and executive support role. Prior scheduling experience required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively while keeping another's tasks organized.

Senior Manager of Communications and Marketing
The Senior Manager of Communications and Marketing is a dynamic and experienced communications professional who will help develop and lead the day-to-day communications operations at the Trust, including the development of messaging and collateral to support Trust events, including BALL for THE MALL, fundraising initiatives, marketing campaigns, and partnerships that will build brand awareness and financial support for the Trust. Starting salary for this position is $80,000.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the annual communications plan and editorial/events calendar and create media plans for Trust events and announcements.
- Ensure consistent use of approved organization brand messages, program and project descriptions, and logos and word marks across all collateral assets.
Requirements:
- The Trust seeks candidates with at least five years of proven experience in the fields of communications, brand management, social marketing, media relations, and stakeholder relationship management.
- The ideal candidate has experience working effectively to manage staff, working collaboratively as part of a team, and working to manage external stakeholders to meet strategic objectives with efficiency.
