Arts Alive! is back! Join us for an afternoon of performances across multiple stages, both outdoors and indoors, and celebrate your local arts community on Sunday, September 12 from 12 to 4 p.m. This free, family-friendly festival is co-presented by the Prince William County Arts Council and the Hylton Performing Arts Center and is fun for-all-ages. Enjoy hands-on activities and demonstrations, exhibits, food vendors, and more!
“Arts Alive! is a wonderful way to introduce yourself and your family to the many artists and arts organizations in Prince William County,” shares Susan E. Landess, Chair, Prince William County Arts Council/Sales and Community Relations Manager, Hylton Center. “From dancers to poets to painters and singers, come see the wonderful talent of Prince William County!”
"Arts Alive! has always been a great name for this signature community event, but never more so than this year, which feels in so many ways like a modern renaissance,” shares Rick Davis, Dean and Executive Director of the Hylton Center. “As we come together again to celebrate creativity, there's a lot of 'good to see you!' and 'how've you been?' and 'we've missed you!' in the air, and I'm looking forward to all of that and more on a grand scale this September.”
