President Washington hosts Freedom and Learning Forum on Nov. 16

President Gregory Washington will host a virtual Freedom and Learning Forum on Racial Justice, Anti-Racism, and Inclusion, from 4-5 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 16.

The forum will provide the opportunity for the campus community to engage with President Washington and key leaders on issues of campus climate, racial justice, equity and inclusion.

President Washington will be joined by Provost and Executive Vice President Mark Ginsberg, College of Humanities and Social Sciences Dean Ann Ardis, Faculty Affairs Director of Diversity, Inclusion and Well-Being Milli Rivera, University Life Associate Dean Creston Lynch, and Anti-Racism and Inclusive Excellence Task Force co-chairs Shernita Parker and Wendi Manuel-Scott.

Members of the Mason community are invited to participate by registering as well as by submitting questions. Questions can be submitted for the moderator to ask, or you can submit questions by video. Panelists will answer as many questions as they can during the forum, and will take questions in real time during the event as well. Questions that are not answered during the forum will be addressed in future communications.
