On Sunday, Oct. 4, the Hylton Performing Arts Center kicked off its new Hylton on the Hill series with a performance by the Baltimore-based acoustic roots quartet Charm City Junction.
Using an outdoor performance space with seating on a natural rise just behind the center on the Science and Technology Campus, patrons enjoy these performances from their own seating circle on the lawn, physically distanced from other audience members.
Two more performances are scheduled for October: Ranky Tanky on Sunday, Oct. 11 at 4 p.m., and The Queen's Cartoonists on Sunday, Oct. 18 at 6 p.m.
The Hylton Center is also collecting donations for Northern Virginia Family Service’s SERVE Resource Center at the performances.
Prior to arrival on campus, all visitors must complete the Mason COVID Health✓™.
