“Do Your Part” email signature available for campus community

An email signature template available as part of Mason's "Do Your Part" campaign.

George Mason University has created a custom “Do Your Part” email signature that is available for use by students, faculty and staff.

The Mason-branded signature includes reminders for how the campus community can do their part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and keep members of the university and local community safe.

The reminders include:

-Take the Mason COVID Health Check daily

-Stay home and get tested if you feel sick

-Wear a face covering

-Practice physical distancing

-Wash your hands

Mason’s “Do Your Part” campaign was launched in August to reinforce the message that safety is a shared responsibility and that our Safe Return to Campus depends on everyone adjusting their behavior in response to the coronavirus pandemic.

“The fall semester will only succeed if we commit to protecting our own health and the health of each other,” said Mark Ginsberg, provost and executive vice president. “We are asking everyone to help by doing their part.”
