Faculty and staff with the following types of payroll deduction permits do not need to take any action, as their permits will auto-renew September 1: PRFF, PRD1, PRD2, PRD3, PRAF, or PRFH.
Faculty and staff with other types of permits with payroll deduction (Lot I, Lot J, Mason Pond Evening, Shenandoah Evening, Lot M&P, or West Campus) will be contacted by Parking Services about renewing their payroll deduction for the same type of permit. If you are not contacted by Parking Services, visit the Parking Services Office before your permit expires so we can arrange a renewal.
If interested in changing permit types, visit the Parking Services Office to make the exchange. Check out the overview of permit options for faculty and staff.
Parking permits for the 2019–20 school year go on sale Monday, July 29, online only.
Permit sales begin August 5 for those purchasing parking permits with Mason Money or cash in person. Any permits purchased in person will still be fulfilled by mail.
A limited number of reserved Mason Pond, Shenandoah, Rappahannock River, Van Metre Hall, Lot I, Lot J, Lot R, and Arlington General permits are available online on a first come, first served basis.
