Remote Work Reminder

As a reminder, if an employee in your department works remotely—even for a short period of time—they should fill out a Flexible Work Agreement.

An employee is considered a remote worker if:

  • They spend most or all of their time working outside the traditional workplace
  • Visits to campus are infrequent
  • The location is sufficiently far away that daily commuting is not possible
  • The position is designed specifically for off-site work

This agreement should be renewed every year that the employee works remotely.
