The Welcome2Mason committee is currently accepting funding and advertising requests for events to be held from August 24 to September 15, 2019.
The guidelines have changed this year:
- All funding requests are due June 1. This earlier deadline will allow funds to be approved and transferred by July.
- All programs must submit a funding request, even for "traditional" events that have been funded in the past.
- Events must be open to all students and focused on engaging new students.
- Maximum request per event is $3,000. Most events will not be fully funded.
