Welcome2Mason Fall 2019 Funding Requests

The Welcome2Mason committee is currently accepting funding and advertising requests for events to be held from August 24 to September 15, 2019.

The guidelines have changed this year:

  • All funding requests are due June 1. This earlier deadline will allow funds to be approved and transferred by July.
  • All programs must submit a funding request, even for "traditional" events that have been funded in the past.
  • Events must be open to all students and focused on engaging new students.
  • Maximum request per event is $3,000. Most events will not be fully funded.
