Center for Psychological Services Recruiting for Adult Binge Eating Group Therapy

George Mason University's Center for Psychological Services is currently recruiting adults struggling with binge eating to participate in a therapy group. For more information about this opportunity, view the flyer

Participants must be age 18 and older.

Therapy consists of an intake assessment to learn more about you and your relationship with food, followed by twelve 90-minute group sessions on Thursday evenings. During sessions, we will work on strategies to address how we think about food and behavioral techniques to help with stress and eating. Group therapy for binge eating disorder has been shown to be effective in reducing or eliminating binge eating.
