The University Switchboard (703-993-1000) serves as Mason's information line for both the internal and external communities. Switchboard staff answer all types of Mason-related questions, transfer calls to the requested department/individual, or point callers in the right direction for assistance with their inquiry.
Don't hesitate to call the switchboard for assistance when you need a little help being pointed in the right direction at Mason (even if you work here!).
Hours are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Monday–Thursday) and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Friday). During the first week of classes, hours will be extended to 7 p.m. on Monday–Thursday.
