National media acknowledges Mason's part in a seminal work

A select group of dancers from George Mason University has accepted an invitation to dance the leads in choreographer Lar Lubovitch’s “A Brahms Symphony” April 22 at the Joyce Theater in New York.

Lubovitch, in his 50th anniversary season, considers the work a watershed in his career.

The event has received much media attention, giving George Mason notable mentions in the New York Times and Dance Magazine.
