The 22nd annual Health and Fitness Expo, sponsored by University Life, in partnership with Student Health Services, was held March 29th at Dewberry Hall in the Johnson Center on the Fairfax Campus. The Expo, with the theme Fit & Lovin’ It, featured interactive health education activities, participatory demonstrations, and fitness instruction and challenges.
The event was free and open to the public, and promoted health, wellness, fitness and disease prevention, while introducing faculty, staff, affiliates and students to resources in the community that can help them lead healthier lives.
