Multiple Web-based Systems Unavailable May 21-22

From Saturday, May 21 at 7 a.m., through Sunday, May 22 at 3 p.m., the following web-based systems will be unavailable during a scheduled system upgrade: 

  • Patriot Web
  • Internet Native Banner
  • Workflow 
  • Imaging
  • TouchNet (Bills and Payment)
  • Discoverer
  • Oracle Reports
  • APEX 
  • eVisions 
  • AppWorx 
  • DegreeWorks 
  • eVA

Please do not login to these systems during this timeframe, as unexpected results may occur and changes may not be saved. 
 
Impact to users: During this time, the ability to register for classes, request transcripts, perform grading, and review class rosters through Patriot Web will be unavailable. In addition, timesheets will be unavailable for editing and approving. As a reminder, the due dates for semi-monthly timesheets are Tuesday, May 24 for submission and Wednesday, May 25 for approval.
