On Sunday, July 27, from 7:30 am to 1:00 pm, ITU will perform network firewall maintenance. Service interruptions may occur for users on and off campus during this time. Patriot Web, Banner, and Mason email systems will be affected. Network engineers make every effort to minimize the disruption to users.
When the maintenance is complete, test online services and report any problems to the ITU Support Center at (703) 993-8870. Network Engineers will be available on Monday, July 28 and Tuesday, July 29 to address any issues related to the firewall maintenance.
