ITU Will Focus Resources to Support Semester Startup

To help ensure a smooth startup of the school year, the Information Technology Services (ITU) will concentrate its resources on the immediate technology needs of students and new faculty and staff from Monday, August 19 through Friday, September 13. During this period, the ITU will process routine service requests for work on existing computers, voice mail, and phones for faculty and staff on a first-come, first-served basis after student and new faculty and staff requests for service and repairs have been addressed.

If you need a computer, phone, and/or voice mail moves, additions, or changes, contact your department telecom coordinator as soon as possible. Requests for repairs, networking services, and email accounts should continue to be submitted to the ITU Support Center at 703-993-8870 or support@gmu.edu.
