Mason guests who connect to the Mason wireless network may experience a problem reading the automated message that is generated as a part of the authentication process. The automated message contains characters that are misinterpreted by some email readers and appear as gibberish.
ITS engineers are working with the vendor to correct this issue. As a workaround, Mason guests can bypass authentication and re-register as necessary to maintain their connection to the Guest Wireless Network.
