Recently, the Telecommunications Administration discovered that the Pinnacle billing system billed ACD phones against the Position ID instead of the extension number. The system also incorrectly billed some users for their phone usage. Telecom is in the process of correcting these charges, so the charges are billed to the appropriate users. As a result, you may see an increase in phone charges due to this billing reconciliation.
